We sell whole and half pigs, fully butchered, to include shoulder and leg joints; pork chops; pork belly; tenderloin; ribs, sausages and bacon.

We sell half lambs fully butchered to include leg fillet; leg shank; loin chops; cutlets; middle neck; round neck; chops; shoulder; boned & rolled breast.
LEICESTER LONGWOOL FLEECES
A Leicester Longwool fleece generally weighs between 5-8kgs and is sold unwashed whole or per kg.
